Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility

        •        Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

        •        Individuals with known medical conditions must disclose their diagnosis during onboarding and provide relevant medical reports.

        •        Programs are not intended for emergency medical situations or for individuals with critical or unstable health conditions requiring hospitalization.

2. Program Components

        •        The AED 1800 fee includes:

        •        One virtual consultation per month with a licensed physician.

        •        One virtual consultation per month with a certified nutritionist.

        •        One virtual consultation per month with a licensed psychologist.

        •        Daily follow-up with a dedicated lifestyle transformation guide

        •        The following services are optional and not included in the base program fee:

        •        Diet food delivery (home delivered).

        •        Personal trainer/fitness coach sessions.

        •        Monthly laboratory diagnostics and blood work.

3. Scheduling & Sessions

        •        All sessions are to be scheduled in advance by the participant.

        •        A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling any appointment.

        •        Missed or unattended sessions without prior notice will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

        •        All sessions must be completed within the 6-month period. No carryovers or extensions will be allowed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

        •        No refunds will be provided after the second consultation (either physician, nutritionist, or psychologist).

        •        If a participant decides to withdraw within the first 30 days, a partial refund (AED 1000) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, less administrative charges.

        •        No refunds will be provided for optional services (diet food, fitness sessions, lab tests).

5. Commitment Requirements

        •        Participants must actively engage in the full program including prescribed routines by the physician, dietitian, and fitness/coach partners.

        •        Optimal results are dependent on:

        •        The participant’s commitment, consistency, and compliance.

        •        The intensity and duration of their existing condition.

        •        Regular communication and follow-up with assigned professionals.

6. Medical Responsibility

        •        ShopDoc does not offer consultation, diagnosis, prescription, or emergency treatment directly.

        •        All medical advice and consultations are rendered independently by licensed practitioners affiliated with a licensed medical or healthcare facility 

        •        ShopDoc is an online facilitation platform and holds no clinical responsibility for participant outcomes.

7. Data & Privacy

        •        All user data is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law or for medical purposes directly related to the program.

        •        By enrolling, participants consent to sharing basic health data with assigned health professionals for optimal care planning.

8. Participant Conduct

        •        Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior towards practitioners or staff will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

        •        Participants must adhere to professional boundaries during all virtual sessions.
