About the Program

Fitness For Founders (FFounders) is a specialized monthly wellness program designed to elevate the health, fitness, mental clarity, and emotional resilience of business founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and senior executives. Tailored to the high-stress and high-performance lifestyle of business leaders, the program delivers a 360° approach to wellbeing — wherever you are.

Origin Story

FFounders was originally launched as a free awareness campaign on April 21, 2021, in collaboration with Kerala Startup Mission, to support over 3,500 startup founders across the state. The program was developed in response to the increasing mental, emotional, and physical strain faced by early-stage entrepreneurs during and after the pandemic. Building on the overwhelming positive response, the initiative is now available as a premium subscription-based wellness program across the UAE.

• 1 virtual consultation/month with a licensed dietician

3. Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing

• 1 virtual psychologist session/month

• Support for stress, burnout, anxiety, leadership pressure, and emotional regulation

4. GP Consultation (In-Clinic)

• 1 in-person general physician consultation/month

• Preventive healthcare check, illness management, and medical advice

5. Essential Health Screening (Monthly or Quarterly)

• Medical History & Physical Exam

• Body Composition & Body Fat Analysis

• Blood Tests:

• CBC (Complete Blood Count)

• Fasting Blood Sugar

• Lipid Profile

• ESR

• Kidney Function Test

• Liver Function Test

• Total PSA (for males over 40)
